Booking a same-day doctors appointment at Kinetic Energy is ideal for those who do not have a family doctor, or for times when you are not able to see your family doctor in a timely manner.

Patient registration opens at 7:00am Monday to Friday. To book an appointment, it is required that you call right at 7am and leave a voicemail as patients are registered into the doctors daysheet in the order that voicemails are received. Please note that patient demand exceeds our capabilities and once the doctors daysheet is full for the day, there will be no additional appointments available.

Kamloops South Shore Urgent Primary Care & Learning Centre

This is one of ten Primary Health Care Centres available within Interior Health communities. Primary Health Care Centres have a more comprehensive and coordinated approach to healthcare delivery.

Must book an appointment to be seen at the Kamloops South Shore UPCLC as it is does not accept walk-ins. Call 250-314-2256 to speak with our staff before being booked for an appointment. The UPCLC is open Monday to Sunday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. (including statutory holidays) and phone lines open daily at 10 a.m.

Kamloops North Shore Urgent & Primary Care Centre

The North Shore Urgent and Primary Care Centre (UPCC) provides team-based care for non-emergency health concerns to individuals within the North Shore and surrounding communities who require same-day attention.

Prioritizes walk-in patients. All patients are triaged by a registered nurse upon arrival to the UPCC and referred to the most appropriate health-care provider. Not all patients will receive care from a physician/nurse practitioner.
