Perinatal Outreach Program
The Perinatal Outreach Program (POP) fosters whole person care that includes the physical, mental, social, financial, intellectual and spiritual needs of our clients. This program is geared towards mothers and families who are low-income, are in need of a stronger social support system, or who need additional emotional support during and after pregnancy.
In this program you will be paired up with one of our client advocates who will work with our staff nurses to help you prepare for the birth of your baby and the first year of life. The program is client led and can include prenatal and postnatal education, Blessings Boutique access (free baby items), doula support, community referrals, and adoption support.
We want you to be empowered as you start on your parenting journey.
